PHILLIP ISLAND WINERY || CHLOE & BRODIE
Wedding Highlights

Some love stories begin with a grand romantic gesture. Chloe and Brodie’s started a little more quietly — with a brief crossing of paths at a gym class.
They never actually had a proper conversation that first time, but Brodie noticed Chloe and hoped she would come back. She didn’t.
A few months later, however, fate — and Hinge — had other plans.
And thankfully, this time, Chloe swiped right.
From there, their story began properly. What started with a dating app connection grew into a relationship built around the things they love most: beach days, good food, plenty of wine, and enjoying life together.
It was only fitting, then, that their wedding day brought together two of their favourite things: the ocean and the vineyards.
A Proposal Among the Vines
Brodie proposed at Montalto Winery in Red Hill, organising a private picnic tucked away amongst the trees. To make the moment even more special, he had friends secretly hiding nearby to capture the proposal.
After the big question was asked and Chloe said yes, the two of them were able to relax and enjoy some delicious food, good wine, and the beginning of their next chapter together.
A Wedding by the Ocean and the Winery
For Chloe and Brodie, their venue was an easy choice. They wanted the feeling of being close to the beach while also enjoying the atmosphere of a winery — essentially combining two of their favourite places into one unforgettable celebration.
Their wedding day was designed to feel relaxed, fun and completely focused on enjoying the moment.
Guests were treated to a cocktail hour featuring a grazing cart, canapés and a spritz bar before sitting down to a shared feast. From there came the speeches, the first dance and, of course, a dance floor ready to go well into the night.
The plan was simple: good food, plenty of drinks, lots of laughter and a party surrounded by the people they love most.
The Moments They Were Waiting For
For Chloe, the moment she was most looking forward to was seeing Brodie's reaction as she walked down the aisle.
For Brodie, it was exchanging rings and sharing their first kiss as a married couple.
And when the moment finally arrived, it was everything a wedding ceremony should be — emotional, personal and completely theirs.
The day also included a private signing of the marriage certificate with their immediate family while the rest of the guests enjoyed the beginning of cocktail hour, creating a quiet and meaningful moment within an otherwise lively celebration.
Capturing the Feeling of the Day
As a Melbourne wedding videographer, one of the things I love most about weddings is that every couple brings their own energy to the day.
For Chloe and Brodie, that energy was fun, relaxed and full of personality, while still leaving plenty of room for the emotional moments that make a wedding film truly special.
They loved the idea of a wedding film that captured both sides of their relationship — the fun, silly and energetic moments, along with the sweet and emotional ones.
That balance was especially important to them. They wanted their wedding film to feel natural, genuine and reflective of the day as it actually happened.
Working alongside Together Right Now, who captured the photography on the day, we had the perfect team to document all the big moments, the quiet moments and everything in between.
From Chloe and Brodie's emotional ceremony to the drinks, the laughter, the shared feast and the dancing that followed, their wedding day was a beautiful reflection of who they are together.
A little bit romantic.
A little bit chaotic.
A lot of fun.
And filled with the people who matter most.
For us as a Melbourne wedding videographer, these are the days we love capturing most — celebrations that don't feel overly staged or perfect, but instead feel real, relaxed and completely alive.
Chloe and Brodie, thank you for trusting us to capture your story. We hope your wedding film always takes you back to the feeling of that day: surrounded by family, friends, good food, great wine and the person you love most.
